By Car

Gradisca d’Isonzo: from Italy, by the A4 motorway Venezia – Trieste, take the exit Villesse Gorizia. Continue on tne A34 motorway, taking the Gradisca d’Isonzo exit. From Trieste, take the A4 and exit at Villesse Gorizia. Follow the A34 taking the Gradisca d’Isonzo exit.
Trieste: from Italy follow the A4 motorway. The Carso starts just before the Trieste Lisert toll station. For the centre of Trieste exit at Proseco and follow the signs.

By train

Gradisca d’Isonzo: get off at Cervignano-Aquileia-Grado or Redipuglia, then take the bus (about an hour’s travel time).
Trieste: the Trieste Centrale station is 5 minutes from Piazza Unità and the city centre.

By air

The international airport at Ronchi dei Legionari (TRS) is the airport of Trieste and Friuli Venezia-Giulia.
The APT Gorizia bus 51 connects the airport to both Trieste and Gradisca d’Isonzo.
