The event Centre in the municipal building of Gradisca d'Isonzo ( coordinates and driving directions) will be open at the following times:

Competition bag
Each club has one bag with the materials for all the members. Each bag can be collected all at once by one representative of the club that will withdraw the entire bag.
The bag can be withdraw in the event office (see below the time tables and the locations).
In the event office in the evening in Gradisca it will always be possible to withdraw the bag of your club. While in the event office in the arena (during the competitions) you can withdraw the bag only the day of the first race in which you participate. In particular, you can not withdraw the bag on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday if you do not compete on the same day. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the arena you can withdraw the bag only if you run on the same day.
